Description

One semester supervised ESL teaching experience in grades pre-K-12. Emphasis is placed on integrating language development within the content areas, co-teaching, and research-based reflective practice. This course focuses on the development of core lesson planning, teaching, and assessment skills in ESL instruction. Required of all pre-K-12 program students.This Key Course requires a grade of B or better to pass. Any student who receives a grade of F or WU in this class will not be permitted to continue in the program. This course may be repeated only once.
