This course will address Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a direct consequence of COVID-19. We will focus particularly on the mental health impact this pandemic has had on children and families. Students will explore strategies and evidence-based interventions such a trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy and bereavement.
