NURED-AC - Nursing Education

The Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing offers a post graduate advanced certificate program in Nursing Education. It is open to currently licensed New York State registered nurses who hold a master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program. This specialization prepares nurses for roles a faculty in nursing schools and as nurse educators in health care systems. Through classwork and 105 hours of supervised teaching experience, students learn to develop curricula, apply effective pedagogical strategies, develop useful evaluation techniques. International applicants who need an F-1 or J-1 Visa are not currently eligible for this program.partment for more information.
