Students will explore the literature about effective methods, contexts, and delivery of coaching, mentoring, and professional learning for teachers and other educators. Focus on understanding the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches to professional development, and on learning how to assess the appropriateness of a professional development strategy with respect to content and the teacher population to be served.
