Description
Principles, methods, and specially designed mathematics instruction for students with disabilities. The focus of this course is on concept development, concrete materials, differentiation, procedural learning, memory strategies, time/space/task organization, and visual/auditory/kinesthetic math strategies in mathematics teaching and learning. This Key Course requires a grade of B or better to pass. Any student who receives a grade of F in this class will not be permitted to continue in the program. This course may be repeated only once.
