Alt Crt: English, Grades 7-12 (TRANS B)

In partnership with a variety of local and national organizations, the School of Education offers an Alternative Certification program Adolescent English to prepare candidates to teach students of diverse backgrounds, abilities and interests. This program was specifically designed for candidates seeking an alternative route to certification in English Language Arts Grades 7 - 12. Our programs offer participants the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in schools while enrolled in graduate coursework at Hunter College.
